''WHITE'' Blooms Again!!

It is an understatement to say that summers in Pakistan are stretched over a very long duration , therefore ,unforgettable. Winters, for that reason , are most awaited .

With chill just round the corner , here comes a  buzz on winter arrays and hues .

The  monochromatic one in crisp white ensemble works well on me most of the time. Needless to say ,white is definitely my thing this season and you shall add it to your closets too .

Although considered monotonous ,however in all- dull dead winters ,this hue will add a breath of fresh air to your closet .

Switching over from a dozens of colorful palettes worn during summers to a simple white in winters is a heavy task though. 


Here are a few tips for carrying out white in a classy way this winter;

Trouser Lovin'

Well stitched and artfully placed cuts on a pair of white trousers would do wonders to your entire look this season. you may top it off with a warm or bold hued  shirt.

Fur Glam

Fur had always been an all time favorite high street fashion statement.white fur jacket /coat shall add a dose of glam  to a punchy hued dress by  brightening it up. You may also wear a nice white shawl or a stole to add an oomph to the ensemble.

All that glitters

Jazz up your white hued look by adding a dose of shimmer through colorful paillettes like an embellished top.

All In One

A monochromatic white ensemble like separates or a jumpsuit shall ensure a put together yet unfussy look. Add the vigor by topping it off with a velvet coat in a bold palette.

Tints And Shades

Add some punch to a light hued dress with colorful accessories.A bold pair of stiletto or strap on high heels would add an oomph.

Present times are such that everybody is exposed to some kind of stresses and pressures ,left unaddressed by most of the people, the least that could be done is a psychic rest to your mind and body by visiting a spa/salon and get yourself pampered for a bit!! Not to forget of the pleasant lady at the counter ,the incharge of the salon , who greeted everybody with her contagious smile and absolute hospitality.

Located in the urban boulevard of E-11 , the salon has  an absolute contemporary yet  artisan ambiance. Bricked wallpaper all over the place gave an impression of  a to date  modish yet cozy vicinity. A tasteful collection of paintings hung on the walls was like a cherry on the cake. 

Now I would love to caste some light on the services they provide ranging from hair cuts ,dyes to massages, manicure ,pedicure , waxing ,facials and all beauty services. I must say the Glam glow facial has to be a feather in their cap because no salon in Islamabad offers it so far.

 I got an Essie manicure and a soothing head massage done at the salon  which was a wonderful experience. They initiated the service from filing nails to scrubbing , massaging and finally applying nail coats , the entire process got me drape my limbs over a hassock and made me enjoy my hot cup of coffee.

The staff was very friendly , experienced yet efficient. Owner along with her incharge made sure everybody was treated well and had satisfactory treatments done at her salon.The aura of femininity and the spark of positive energy I felt all over the place gave an evident impression of a well-coordinated teamwork.

When it comes to playing with colors and intricacy ,Nomi Ansari has always taken the lead. The flawless perfection in his cuts and finishing always leaves us spellbound.


Marjaan collection by Nomi Ansari ,displayed in bridal couture week '16 ,plays with the festivities of Hyderabad featuring farshi ghagras, lehangas and effusion of floral embroIderies.

I found this coord the best among his entire collection. Carried elegantly by Amna Illyas,the show stopper, this sumptuous work of art caught everybody's eye.A subtle fusion of color pallete on this lehanga choli creates a modish yet contemporary look .Lehanga Choli has a fresh purple base with floral embroidery and assorted color scheme, making it one of a kind. A sublimed blend of burnt/coral pink, sapphire blue,frosty aqua and intense orange hue is regal .

Contemporary layering along with cut work and embellishments using gota, tilla and dabka demonstrates the inspiring traditional craftsmanship into making the the variation of Marjaan collection.

Neem Tree Therapeutic Clininc Re-launched

Located in the heart of the capital, Neem tree therapeutic clinic was re-launched on 30th September 2016 by Zehra Azeem and Usman Ali khan. The red carpet event was handled tastefully  by the maestro of event management Rezz Ali Shah .The top models Rabab, Maha, Walid and Waqar, at the launch were like a cherry on the cake.




Salon's hallmark,manifests the graphical illustration of a  dark eloquent tree in gold, with prolonged roots ,gave an impression of a balletic tree.The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing and  enriched with a contemporary decor.

The positive energy i felt all over the place actually tempted me to drape my limbs over a  hassock  and get a therapeutic treatment on the spot. Zehra Saleem's neemtree is a brainchild of ayuverdic treatments .Her detailed study hails from ayuverdic courses and specializations from all across the world.She incorporates traditional methods with contemporary skills in all sorts of body relaxing modes.

The salon extends its services to both ladies and gents. Men's corner was very tastefully decorated with biker-inspired wall art, venting an aura of entire masculinity and zest.

Ladies corner,however, was no less and exquisitely furbished, yet again,emitting a spark of femininity. The place had an entire series of rooms starting from a multi purpose room to a wax room, signature facial room , and the endmost makeup room. Each room was embellished with nautical adornments like seashells.

Neem tree provides hair ,beauty skin and spa services to enhance how you look and feel everyday. I would highly recommend my Isloo peeps  to visit the place and enjoy the ultimate pampering experience!!!

#Social Cafe Launch , Islamabad.

Social cafe, launched just about last night, is a new  hangout place in the capital that offers a variety of scrumptious meals and soothing beverages .It's a  lively place with amalgam of an entire artisan yet trendy to-date ambiance, perfect for connecting and socializing.

 Owner of the cafe Yasir Nazir along with his wife and sisters, was present at the launch which was masterly organised by Rezz Ali Shah (Rezz events) on the roof top.The warm atmosphere on the roof with burnt pink lights and umbrellas shades on each sofa set, gave an aura of vitality.

 Located above Ensemble,while going upstairs, an exquisite walls with doodle art could be seen all over the place depicting various icons, just appropriate for the cafe.

The staff present at the cafe was very courteous and greeted us with sincere facial gestures of respect and a warm smile. They were serving mint margaritas to everybody and trust me it was a heavenly drink,a splendid blend of sour and sweet.

When you cannot take some time out in a balmy clime,you must visit this place to give your mind a psychic rest by fraternizing with people around you.

                The size of the turnout definitely suggests the place is a MUST VISIT!!
